Summer Kid's Clubs

Every Summer I do a lot of Summer School Programs. Some schools call them "Kid's Clubs" or "Kid's Connections" or any of a variety of other titles. Most of these are in the Omaha, Nebraska area, but I've also done them in Council Bluffs, Iowa and Lincoln, Nebraska. They're a lot of fun and a great addition to Summer School Programming.

Since so many schools have me back year after year, to keep things fresh, I present a new show each year that's based on the current library Summer Reading Program (I do a lot of those, too). In 2026, that show will be a dinosaur themed show I'm calling "Jurassic Magic." It will run about 40-45 minutes and contain lots of audience participation, age-appropriate humor and amazing magic all built around a dinosaur theme.

But that's not all...you can also expect some interesting facts about dinosaurs and paleontology. I also encourage students to learn more by visiting their library.

Don't worry, the dinos in the show are all funny-looking. There's nothing scary that could frighten younger students.

It's a fun-filled show that I'm sure your students will enjoy and I hope you'll consider having me this summer.
