Our Assembies
Iowa-Cadabra is our all-new assembly for Iowa schools. "Abra-Nebraska" was a BIG hit in 2017, so we decided to create a similar show just for Iowa! This fun-filled assembly uses audience participation, family-friendly humor and well-developed magic routines to teach fascinating facts about the Hawkeye State. Your students will learn little-known historical tidbits about Iowa. They'll also learn about some of the famous people and inventions from Iowa. Learning has never been this much fun!
In the Kindness Counts assembly, students learn how their words and actions can help make their school, their neighborhood and their community a better place to live.
Students learn how they can help stop bullying behavior from growing by doing such simple things as giving compliments and including others in their activities. Again, we use magic tricks, role play, repetition and audience engagement to deliver these valuable messages. It's great for Red Ribbon Week or for kicking off the school year on a positive note.
Every single trick in the Magic of Reading assembly is related to reading in one way or another. This school assembly is the most popular assembly we offer and is in very high-demand during National Reading Week.

The name of the assembly pretty much says it all.
No heavy messages. No themes. No lessons. Just 40 minutes of fun-filled magic. This is the ideal choice if you're giving your students a reward for reaching a goal or having a citizenship assembly.
This school assembly is also a nice treat for an assembly around Halloween, the holidays, Valentine's Day or the last week of school. It features lots of audience participation, family-friendly humor and magic that will entertain both students and faculty.

Abra-Nebraska!
The Cornhusker State celebrated it's 150th Birthday in 2017 and the Abra-Nebraska magic assembly was the ideal choice for Sesquicentennial Celebrations across the state! But just because we've passed that birthday milestone, we're not stopping this incredible assembly. This assembly uses magic to talk about the wild, weird and wonderful history of Nebraska. Students will learn how big Archie the Mammoth was; why Harry Houdini LOVED Nebraska; and (of course) the assembly even touches on football and the Big Red's "batty" beginnings.

To top things off, this assembly is presented by Jeff Quinn, the 100th President of the Society of American Magicians and the ONLY President to come from the state of Nebraska! You won't want to miss this show!
